I have had the pleasure of working with Reena at Farmers Insurance on the inaugural Suits for Soldiers nationwide campaign to help active-duty military personnel transition to civilian work and life. I could count on Reena to keep the project team on track and organized as the community relations project manager. She is analytical and able to manage multiple priorities at once. She had many responsibilities including being the lead for 22 employee centers for program implementation and logistics. A creative problem solver, she contributed to defining and clarifying the project scope with the team. She developed a plan and ensured the campaign was on schedule. Reena is excellent at working collaboratively. The campaign exceeded its goals due to agents, employees, and public participation collecting 70,000 suits. She is engaging and a tremendous resource. Reena is truly an advocate for corporate social responsibility and shared value.

Area Sales Leader at Farmers Insurance

Reena is an extremely detail-oriented and motivated individual. While these are only some of her strengths, Reena added an immense overall value to the Annual West Hollywood Women’s Leadership Conference the past couple of years with her connections, attentiveness, and knowledge of various topics in project management, program execution, marketing, etc. We could rely on her to deliver critical items to the conference in a timely manner and as a result, she was able to take on certain tasks that would usually fall on other event coordinators to help lighten our workload. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a competent and extremely skilled event producer and/or someone who has the ability to build alliances and relationships!

I have known Reena both professionally and personally since the summer of 2011 and she has distinguished herself as a person filled with passion and enthusiasm. She is motivated and motivates others with her dedication and accountability. The common thread Reena possesses is her belief in cooperating with others and helping them to achieve their goals. She believes that each one of us has to contribute to a better world by our own actions. Reena is an optimistic person who finds solutions in times of crisis. Work gets done but at the same time, new avenues of thinking are opened. Her cooperative spirit, compassion for the well-being of all, and flexible leadership style make her an outstanding leader who is destined for continued significant accomplishments.

Executive Vice President, Entertainment Diversity, Inclusion & Communications at CBS Entertainment

Reena is a very resilient, highly adaptable, leader. As the director of the West Coast office, she has demonstrated exceptional talent and skillset for marketing/PR, event management, and corporate partnerships. Under Reena’s leadership, the Shop for Success, a signature fundraising event in LA, more than doubled previous years’ proceeds to gross $132K to sustain high-quality, local client services for unemployed women. Reena shows strong ties to the community, launching the first-ever appreciation night for referral agencies, clients, and volunteers. Because of Reena, the LA office has gained substantial publicity in several prints, broadcast, and online media spots. She expanded the Advisory Council to now include key leaders in business, communications, and the entertainment sector. Reena brings integrity, a tenacious spirit, and an infectious commitment to our mission to work each day. She is a true asset to the Dress for Success Worldwide team.

I have the pleasure of working with Reena at Dress for Success Worldwide-West. Her energy, creativity, and boundless passion for the cause resulted in a 25%+ increase in revenue for 2 consecutive years. Reena empowered women to achieve economic independence. Also, in her 3-years as the Director, corporate partnerships and executive leadership support dramatically increased. At U.S. Bank, we worked directly with Reena to achieve our corporate citizenship goals. Reena and her vibrant team executed enriching employee volunteer opportunities, as well as participated in our charitable giving and philanthropic initiatives. She is an advocate of corporate social responsibility and U.S. Bank is a proud member of the advisory and corporate council. She will be greatly missed

Reena was a key player in the success of HomeAid Orchestrating Hope Benefit concert, featuring Grammy-nominated recording artist John Ondrasik of Five For Fighting, which netted over $80,000. Thanks to her skills in event management, production, and marketing, the concert garnered approximately 500 attendees. Reena was a team player who worked seamlessly with staff, volunteers, and the Irvine Barclay Theater. It was a great fundraiser largely through Reena’s efforts to support HomeAid’s mission to build dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives.

One word to describe Reena – Connected! She is a master at connecting people in a collaborative way that delivers results for all parties. She has a vast network of community relationships. Her ability to reach an audience in a strategic and methodical way is only surpassed by her warm friendly personality. She enthusiastically planned and managed special events to raise awareness and funds for the children’s museum. The events ranged from Club Monaco to Donna Karan store fundraisers, our annual golf tournament, to restaurant grand openings at the Irvine Spectrum. Reena was a great asset to our team and will be to yours too.
