Reena De Asis is a social impact leader who creates inclusive and equitable solutions for societal challenges. With over 15 years of experience, she offers expertise in strategic partnership building, marketing communications, and executing socially conscious campaigns and events that drive systemic change.
As the Principal of Government Partnerships and policy at REDF, she leads impactful marketing, advocacy, and event initiatives that advance workforce development for underserved communities. Her role includes building collaborative efforts across local government, businesses, philanthropy, and nonprofits while leveraging problem-solving skills for sustainable solutions.
As the founder of Inclusive Sol, a hub centered on disability rights and health equity, Reena dismantles barriers and advocates for greater inclusion and equitable access to essential resources. Her efforts have led to notable achievements, including the unanimous passage of the first-ever cerebral palsy motion in L.A. County and securing official recognition from LAUSD for World Cerebral Palsy Day.
Reena’s previous leadership roles include Executive Director of Dress for Success Worldwide-West, where she empowered women toward economic independence, and Director of Marketing at Causecast and L.A. Works, where she advanced corporate social responsibility and community engagement. She has partnered with organizations like the City of West Hollywood, Farmers Insurance, and ZipRecruiter as a consultant to facilitate workshops, develop programs, and drive impactful results.
Reena’s commitment to service is rooted in her upbringing in the Philippines, where her grandmother, a healer, influenced her. She honors this legacy by embracing servant leadership.

Reena holds a degree in Communications: Public Relations with a minor in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton, graduating cum laude. She is a Leadership L.A. fellow with the Southern California Leadership Network and serves on the Downtown Women’s Center leadership council.
