Strengthening CSR Communications at Farmers Insurance
Reena joined Farmers Insurance as a contracted CSR Senior Specialist, supporting the Director of Community Relations. In this role, she enhanced how the Fortune 500 company communicated its internal and external social impact.
Reena developed the company’s first-ever CSR infographic, improving transparency and stakeholder communication by 25%. She produced a flagship video that helped drive a 40% increase in community engagement and launched an employee volunteer survey that collected 10,000+ responses—resulting in a 20% rise in participation.
She contributed to the national Suits for Soldiers campaign, coordinating logistics across 22 employee centers and collecting over 60,000 professional clothing items for veterans. Additionally, Reena introduced a nonprofit partnership evaluation matrix, editorial calendar, and volunteer communication tools that contributed to a 30% increase in partnership effectiveness and a 15% uptick in employee-led initiatives.
