She developed the company's first CSR infographic, improving transparency and stakeholder understanding. She also produced a flagship video that contributed to a significant increase in community engagement and led an employee volunteer survey with more than 10,000 responses—resulting in increased participation across the enterprise.

In addition, Reena supported national campaigns such as Suits for Soldiers, coordinating logistics across 22 employee centers and contributing to the collection of more than 60,000 professional clothing items for veterans. She also introduced tools, including a nonprofit partnership evaluation matrix, editorial calendar, and volunteer communications resources, improving coordination and consistency across programs.
